Lauren Deckert was discovered in LA when she was 16 years old by The International Cover Model Search. She went on to model internationally on 5 continents. She has traveled far, but after leaving Maryland, as a teenager, New York has been considered home.

Lauren is the Founder of The Model Mentor and Co-Founder of Model Me MasterClasses,
​
Lauren is the Creator of The Model Mentor Method, A Wellness and Fitness Platform that provides virtual workouts for Members. She is certified in Pilates and NIA.

Lauren is currently signed with EMG models in New York & True Model Management for Fit.
